Inner Circle
The Inner Circle is the UNINFLAMED community for adults who want to put physician-led, evidence-based education into daily practice.
Members work through structured challenges that target the inflammatory and metabolic drivers behind PCOS, autoimmune conditions like Hashimoto's, type 2 diabetes and pre-diabetes, and the everyday inflammatory load most people are not measuring. The point is not generic wellness advice. The point is to give you the same biological reasoning your physician uses, in plain language, with the actual studies behind it.
Who it is for
Adults with PCOS who are tired of being told to just lose weight. People with Hashimoto's or other autoimmune conditions who want to address the inflammatory environment, not just the diagnosis.
