Terms of Membership

These terms are an agreement between you and AIHealthLogix, Inc. ("we", "us"), which provides the UNINFLAMED™ platform at getuninflamed.com and in the UNINFLAMED™ app. By creating an account, joining the membership or using any part of UNINFLAMED™, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Medical Disclaimer.

1. Education only

UNINFLAMED™ is an educational membership. It is not medical care and does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Please read the Medical Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

2. Who can join

UNINFLAMED™ is offered only to residents of the United States. By joining, you confirm that you live in the US. You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your login private and your account details up to date. Your membership is for you alone; please don't share your login.

3. Plans and billing

• Prices. The price and your first billing date are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices are in U.S. dollars, plus any tax that applies.
• Automatic renewal. Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans renew every year, at the renewal price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Your payment method is charged at the start of each period.
• Joining before doors open. If you join before January 2, 2027, your first charge is on January 2, 2027. Cancel before then and you won't be charged.
• Introductory pricing. If you join at an introductory price, you keep that price for as long as you stay subscribed without a break. If you cancel and rejoin later, current prices apply.
• Price changes. We may change prices for future periods. We'll email you before a change affects you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
• Switching to yearly. Monthly members can switch to a yearly plan. The switch takes effect as described at checkout.

4. Cancelling and refunds

• Cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. If you cancel a yearly plan partway through the year, you keep access until your year ends. If you don't cancel, your plan renews automatically.
• Monthly plans are not refundable, including partial months.
• Yearly plans come with a 15-day refund window, counted from the day of your first payment. If you joined before January 2, 2027, your first payment is on January 2, 2027, so you can ask for a full refund through January 17, 2027. If you email us within 15 days of your first payment, we'll refund it in full and end your membership. After 15 days, yearly plans are not refundable, and you keep access until the end of your year. Renewal charges are not refundable.

5. What's included, and changes

The membership includes the lessons, tools, community and other features described when you join. We keep improving UNINFLAMED™, so we may add, change or retire features and content. If we make a change that takes away something important you paid for, we'll tell you, and you can cancel.

6. Your member tools and your data

The tools save what you enter on your own device, as our Privacy Policy explains. If you use Private mode, you are responsible for keeping your six sync words safe. Because only you hold them, we can't recover your synced data if they're lost. Otherwise, you can link a new device by confirming your email. Download a backup now and then. "Delete all my data" in the Member Hub erases your tool data, and we can't undo it.

7. Community guidelines

The community is a kind, supportive space. Please:

• Be respectful. No harassment, shaming, hate or threats.
• Share experiences, not medical instructions. Don't tell others to start, stop or change a medication or dose.
• Don't sell, promote or advertise products, services or medications.
• Protect privacy, yours and others'. Don't share anyone else's personal or health details.
• Don't post anything illegal, misleading or that you don't have the right to share.

If guidelines are broken. We may remove posts that break these guidelines, and we may remove a member who breaks them from the community. A member who is removed loses access to the community and can no longer post, comment or share anything publicly within UNINFLAMED™. They keep the lessons and tools for the period they've already paid for, and they can cancel anytime from their account settings so they aren't charged again. The rest of their plan is not refunded, except that the 15-day refund window for yearly plans in section 4 still applies. For serious or repeated breaks, or anything that puts other members at risk, we may end the whole account, on the same refund terms.

8. Our content

The lessons, videos, scripts, tools, designs and other content belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial learning. Please don't copy, record, share, resell or publish them, or use them to build another product.

9. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to display it within UNINFLAMED™ so the community can see it. If we'd like to share your words outside the membership, such as in a story that names you, we'll ask first.

10. Outside services

Some features rely on other companies, such as our membership platform, payment processor, hosting provider and AI provider. Their services may sometimes be unavailable, and their own terms apply to their part.

11. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep UNINFLAMED™ accurate, available and helpful, but it is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about results, accuracy, or that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Some content is created with the help of AI. We screen it carefully, but AI can make mistakes.

12. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for decisions you make about your health. Our total liability for any claim about UNINFLAMED™ is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

13. Ending your account

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, misuses payments or puts other members at risk. If we end your account without cause, we'll refund the unused part of any yearly plan.

14. Disputes

If something goes wrong, please email us first at hello@draminhedayat.com. Most concerns can be solved quickly that way. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make an important change, we'll post it here and email members before it takes effect. Continuing to use UNINFLAMED™ after that means you accept the updated terms.
